Effect of Co-inoculations with Growth-Promoting Bacteria on Soybean Crop

Aim: To evaluate the effect of co-inoculation with Pseudomonas fluorescens and P. + Azospirillum brasilense on seedling emergence speed, development soybean yield.
 Study Design: Randomized complete block design five treatments eight replications.
 Place Duration Study: Ibiporã, Paraná State, Brazil, during 2020/21 season.
 Methodology: The consisted untreated control (Cont); mineral fertilizer (Min); (P. A. brasiliense) (Min – Psf Azb); at two doses 100 Min 200). in was assessed by determining crop yield. Data were subject to ANOVA P = 0.10 Treatments means separated using Duncan test a level significance.
 Results: inoculant had non-significant speed index stand. However, resulted best plant vigor. In addition, increased shoots root biomass, inducing more nodules. Finally, Azb 200 very significant results for Conclusion: This study revealed that tested led great response, especially doubled dose, which demonstrated increase yield relation control.
